Who is responsible

Logic Portfolios decides how information submitted through this website is used. You can make a privacy request through the enquiry form by choosing “Privacy or data request”.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, property postcode, service interest and the information you choose to provide about your property or letting plans.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, assess which service may be relevant and take steps you ask us to take before entering a service agreement. We may also use limited records to operate and protect the website where this is necessary for our legitimate interests.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become customers are kept for no longer than 12 months. Customer records are kept for the period stated in the service agreement and for any longer period required by law. Information that is no longer needed should be securely deleted.

Sharing information

Information may be handled by service providers needed to host the website, deliver the enquiry form or provide an agreed service. They should only receive what is necessary and must be covered by appropriate contractual and security safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Portfolio Portal

The proposed portal is not yet live. Before a pilot opens, clients must receive the selected platform's details, the information stored, where it is hosted, who can access it, the retention period, and the export and deletion arrangements. Tenant or financial records must not be uploaded before those arrangements are approved and explained.

Cookies

This version of the website does not intentionally use analytics, advertising cookies or other non-essential tracking. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary technology to deliver and protect the service.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be used to protect enquiry information. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not include bank details, identity documents or sensitive tenant information in the enquiry form.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to its use. You can make a request through the enquiry form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
